University Speaking
After earning two bachelor’s degrees, a master’s degree, and completing two years of doctoral studies, I’ve navigated the full spectrum of academic challenges. During that time, I went on to start and co-found numerous businesses, programs, and organizations. Before all of this though, my journey began with a near-perfect GPA, but after three years, I found myself academically suspended…yes, I was a college flunky. Yet, I transformed this setback into a story of resilience, rising to become the top of my class across numerous categories, earning accolades and recognition for academic excellence.
During my time living in Miami, I faced personal adversities, including a period of temporary homelessness. These experiences shaped my understanding of how difficult life’s challenges can be, especially without the tools to bounce back. Far too many individuals face rough patches but lack the support or strategies needed to reclaim the lives they desire.
For over a decade, I’ve been dedicated to empowering others, from delivering motivational speeches to Mississippi Power’s leadership to conducting workshops for the entire George County School District. My work focuses on equipping transitional-aged adolescents and young adults with the knowledge, mindset, and resources they need to thrive both academically and professionally.
My passion lies in positioning young people for lives filled with purpose, success, and well-being. I believe that with the right guidance and support, every individual has the potential to break through limitations and achieve greatness. Let’s connect to explore how we can create transformative opportunities for the students and professionals in your institution.
I specialize in delivering presentations in the following areas:
Principle-Based Leadership ~ Cultural Empowerment ~ Overcoming Adversities ~ Cultural Competence ~ Eliminating Limited Belief ~ From Visualization to Realization ~ The Power of Vulnerability ~ The QQMA Principle ~

Colleges & Universities I’ve Worked With
My presentations focus on delivering actionable principles you, your organization, and all attendees can immediately implement to foster growth and positive change. Through tailored, dynamic speeches, I help leaders, teams, and students identify the underlying motivations behind their work, how to perform at the highest level, and critically evaluate if their efforts align with their long-term goals.
Participants will leave with greater clarity, enhanced leadership confidence, and a stronger sense of purpose, ultimately positioning them as role models for others to follow in their own growth and development.
I have had the privilege of speaking at numerous leadership events and conferences for universities and community colleges. Additionally, I have served as a guest lecturer at several institutions, sharing insights and practical strategies for success.
Let’s explore how I can help elevate you and your organization to the next level.
