Listed below are my fixed base prices, add-ons are negotiable, and there is a retainer option to stretch out work payments across time and put a maintenance/ongoing agreement in place. (Domain & hosting fees not included.)
If you are part of the 100 Million Dollar Run Group you must reach out directly before any payments are accepted.

Landing Page/1 Page Website Development

$500

Includes one page with your header area, bio of your business, all of your products/services, an about section, testimonials, partnerships, etc, and a link to email you for contact.

Full Website
Development

$2,000

Includes a fully developed home page, about page, contact page, and products/services pages, plus all other pages pertinent to you business.
Ask about maintenance contract discount

Website Development + Maintenance

Initial design fee + $150 monthly retainer
$400 for a 3-month contract | $750 for a 6-month contract | $1,000 for a 12-month contract

The contract deposit is due before the work begins if the maintenance contract is for an already established website. For 3 -12 month contracts, a payment plan is available, but a 3% convenience fee per transaction will apply.
