I started working in child welfare back in 2013 in Miami Florida where I began to see kids just like these being allowed to fall into the school-to-prison, gang, or grave pipeline. That pushed me to come back to Mississippi to work towards helping ensure that the youth in my home state get all the help they can to lead a life of purpose and fulfillment.
